Easy weeknight Teriyaki-Sriracha Glazed Chicken is super quick to make and delicious!

Directions
This Teriyaki‑Sriracha Glazed Chicken is one of those wonderfully simple recipes that delivers big flavor with almost no effort. The sweet, savory teriyaki sauce gets a kick of heat from Sriracha, creating a glossy, irresistible glaze that clings to every bite of tender chicken. It comes together quickly in one pan, making it perfect for busy weeknights, yet it tastes like something you’d happily serve to guests. It’s easy, bold, and incredibly satisfying — the kind of dish you’ll find yourself making again and again.
Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel this will help them brown, salt and pepper both sides.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place the chicken breasts into the hot pan and cook until they’re beautifully browned and golden on both sides, about 5-7 minutes each side.
For the teriyaki sauce, feel free to use a good-quality store‑bought option or our homemade recipe here: Homemade Teriyaki Sauce, I also use and recommend Gojo Teriyaki Hibachi Glaze. In the photos I am using my teriyaki sauce recipe.
Add 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup of water, and 2 teaspoons of Sriracha (if using). Spoon the sauce over the chicken as it cooks, turning the pieces often so they’re well coated. Simmer until the internal temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
Enjoy!
